Free internet service...

Haha...didn't expect to be blogging at Changi Airport at this time of the day. Feeling relieved to know that I'm not alone in this. Saying goodbye is the hardest to do. But so far i managed to do it without crying. Only time will tell whether I will miss all the people I leave behind. Entering the gates at 0130. 10 mins left to enter the entry before I have to log out. Feels like crying right now but I will remain strong and refuse to be moved.........well, now is the real goodbye.

Your Fortune Is

Underwear is not the best thing on earth - but next to it.

The Keys to Your Heart

You are attracted to good manners and elegance.

In love, you feel the most alive when your partner is patient and never willing to give up on you.

You'd like to your lover to think you are stylish and alluring.

You would be forced to break up with someone who was emotional, moody, and difficult to please.

Your ideal relationship is lasting. You want a relationship that looks to the future... one you can grow with.

Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment.

You think of marriage as something that will confine you. You are afraid of marriage.

In this moment, you think of love as commitment. Love only works when both people are totally devoted.

You Are Somewhat Machiavellian

You're not going to mow over everyone to get ahead...
But you're also powerful enough to make things happen for yourself.
You understand how the world works, even when it's an ugly place.
You just don't get ugly yourself - unless you have to!

Weak legs

Came back today with aching legs from all the walking. Why you might ask? Well, this morning there was a 3 SIB cohesion at orchard in the morning and had to wake up at 5.30a.m. The treasure hunt was not so good as our team wasn't set on winning anyway so there was no disappointment. The only treasure we found was the cheap bargain at Delifrance where some of the pastries was sold at only 95 cents (maybe because they were leftovers from the previous day, who knows).
And to tell you that we watched The Cave at Cineleisure will be like telling Thumbelina to a 20 year old guy. I'll just leave it as a B-grade movie. No more comments for the movie.
After the movie, me, Fairus, Azri, Ong, Hann Yang and our new MO, Dr. Joel Foo decided (well it was me who suggested) to go to Far East Plaza to have our lunch and went window shopping. Lunch at Sakura was paid for by our new MO (after hann yang suggested that MO was to pay for the meal). Felt a little bit guilty though. Dr. Joel clicked well with us (didn't know he enjoyed Fountains of Wayne too!). We talked and joked about a lot of stuffs from Army to pineapples over lunch. I felt quite comfortable; it is seldom that we had this kind of gathering (too bad SM, Lukman and Thomas wasn't there). Oooopppsss!! forgot about Chandra and Gulan doing duty back in camp.
Soon after we circled the place for God knows how long mainly to search for bags (i know , I know still haven't gotten one). Then Fairus had to leave early so the rest of us decided to go to The Heeren (ya, ya again my suggestion). I was a bit shocked when the one leading us was Hann. He sure knows his way around Heeren. We came across this shop that sells cool (and i mean really, really cool) stuffs like the lamp that is sitched on just by waving your hand over the top, coll lava lamps, paper cut outs that are damn cool (http://www.flying-pig.co.uk) and unique greetng cards. Went HMV and bought Fountains of Wayne's CD that I have been longing for (finally!) . Well by that time each of our legs are like jelly.
Feeling sleepy now, getting ready to book in...tonight

Movie Review: The Longest Yard

Saw the movie today with an old friend (some may know who). It was a damn funny movie although the plot was a bit predictable. It has been a long time since I watched a really good comedy and this one I can say has been very appropriate. A feel good movie. Never recalled when I last laughed that hard.
A definite look-out in the movie:
1. Courtney cox never look this good man. She still have the whole package. but she appeared in like the first 10-15 mins.
2. All the kicking, punching and what have you. It sounded so real and fake at the same time (is this even possible?).
3. The girly inmates are really funny. And they are the chherleaders for the inmates' team. "Give me a 'D', give me a 'i', give me a 'c'". Fill in the rest won't ya. This part really funny.
4. There is a cameo of... i really do not know his name but he appears during the real match between the guards and the inmates.
5. For wrestling fans out there, a lot of wrestling figures like Goldberg, Kevin Nash and others.
6. The movie did not have to rely on any special effects. it was good on its own.

Overall, simple plot but combined with good laughs, the movie is a much watch.
A quote from the show,
Although we didn't get the whole chocolate, we managed to get the Hersheys kisses.

Rating: 4 stars (rated for the comedy value)

This wasn't a fair test as some of the questions are catered to the western audiences. but it was good while it lasted.

You Are 17 Years Old

17

Under 12: You are a kid at heart. You still have an optimistic life view - and you look at the world with awe.

13-19: You are a teenager at heart. You question authority and are still trying to find your place in this world.

20-29: You are a twentysomething at heart. You feel excited about what's to come... love, work, and new experiences.

30-39: You are a thirtysomething at heart. You've had a taste of success and true love, but you want more!

40+: You are a mature adult. You've been through most of the ups and downs of life already. Now you get to sit back and relax.

What do you know. I am still young at heart. We do not want to grow old fast do we?

There are other tests but these seems to be the important ones and quite applicable to me. If I have the time then maybe I will consider doing the rest...try it!

Makeover...

For those who didn't realise, my blog had a lighter feel to it now. I had the template changed and my pic and a clock added. Spicy!
Well, Saturday afternoon and I'm lazing around at home feeling tired from the run. Maybe going out later. FYI!
